What is the condition of the items you sell?

All of the tools we sell are brand new and never refurbished. We ensure that every product is in top condition before it reaches you.

Do you have stock of all your products in your USA warehouse?

Not all of our products are stocked in the USA warehouse, but most of our regular best-sellers are available there. You can check the availability of specific items at the time of purchase to see if they are in stock in the USA ,India or at both locations.

What happens if the item I want is not available in the USA warehouse?

If the item is not in stock at our USA warehouse but is available in India or another location, we can still ship it to you anywhere in the world. You don’t need to worry; we’ll ensure it reaches you!

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, we offer warranties on most of our products. Warranty details will be provided with your purchase, and you can also find them on our product pages.

Are your tools suitable for professional use?

Yes, all of our tools are designed for both personal and professional use. We offer high-quality products that meet industry standards, ensuring they can handle demanding tasks.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Please contact customer service immediately to request any changes or cancellations. Once the order is dispatched from our end, cancelling an order is not possible.

Can I apply a discount code to my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed either the same or next business days. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Our return and exchange policy is available on our website. Please follow the instructions or contact customer service for assistance.

What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
  • We take complete onus in such cases or if the item is not as described to issue you a return label for FREE returns ! Please contact customer service immediately with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • We can still accept a return and exchange, if you change your mind or do not need the item anymore but in cases like these, the buyer has to pay for the return shipping. 
How do I know if my order was successful?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact customer support as soon as possible.

I’ve received the wrong item. What should I do?

We apologize for the mix-up! Please contact our support team right away so we can resolve the issue.

How do I request a refund?

If your return is eligible, we’ll process a refund once the returned item is received in safe and unused condition. We will inspect it upon receipt and process your refund. Please review our return policy for more information.

Can I add an item to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it can’t be modified. You can place a new order, and we’ll do our best to combine shipments if possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Please check your account for the credit.
